Raise: I was pleasantly surprised to find that the current budget doesn't involve them raising my health care premiums...although I seeem to recall something about it being in another bill (since the money taken from employees families doesn't come out of tax money). Oh well, fingers crossed.
UPDATE: Nope, they fucked family medical, raised monthly dependent care premiums on the family plan from 427 to 480 ("only" a 12.3% increase). The only "good" thing is that since medical bills suck up so much of my money the rest won't be taxed away.

Damn signs: I'm really sick of these assholes putting up a multitude of signs along the road advertising for the realty companies...actually, I only know of one asshole doing it, he drives around at night putting the damn things up on public lands. I'm guessing he's skirting along the bleeding edge of the laws...systematically posting signs in bulk at the limits of some law designed to keep yard sale people from cluttering up the place...but of course, he's posting 10+ signs in each direction at multiple 4-way intersections. I've been uprooting the damn things. He'd put up 14 signs, each approximately 2x2 feet. That works out to the equivalent of a billboard about 5.5x10 feet in each direction of the intersection.
