I forgot to put this up yesterday...most of it's pretty straight forward...the latches are actual 16 bit latches, the demultiplexers are normal 4 or 3 bit (depends on how complex I have to make it...but no biggie either way). It also needs some logic for flow control (probably just divide the clock by 4 to run some control hardware)...Aaaaaaaaaaanyway, here's the block diagram.
