I'm going to make the most broad of statements here on this subject. Bottom line...any board with 100+ reviews that's got a good rating and that allows you to set the processors VCORE (check the manual from the manufacturer's website) will probably be a darned good overclocking board. It's really just that simple. If the board has lots of good reviews, it's probably of fairly good quality and if it allows you to set the VCORE it will usually let you set a hell of a lot of other stuff because quite frankly...VCORE is the ONLY setting you could technically fry the CPU with (so they don't add it to boards unless it's targeted at overclockers). Keep in mind, as long as you keep the CPU cool and within say...15% of its rated voltage...there's no way in hell it can fry. To be honest you can often go 30-50% above the rated voltage but I wouldn't suggest it unless you had a lot of experience.
