Anti-priracy BS: I was reading about Microsoft's gripes. Apparently 1/3 of the windows installations are pirated. To listen to the various industries talk about copyright violations, you'd think the sun shined out of their asses. But really, do they really think someone in a developing nation would buy windows if they had to pay as much as much for the OS as the computer? Do music companies REALLY think people would buy the THOUSANDS of CDs you'd need to buy to have all those one and two hit wonders out there at $10-20 a pop? ...hundreds of video games at $70 a pop? Do the math people, a kid couldn't save that much out of a lifetime of lunch money (and it's more than their parents earn in a year).
